Multiplo3 fue fundada por Felipe Dufeu el año 2022 con la finalidad de dar un servicio 360 en el ámbito del desarrollo inmobiliario, el diseño arquitectónico, gestión, coordinación, gerenciamiento y dirección de proyectos inmobiliarios.
Felipe Dufeu es Arquitecto de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile con más de 20 años de experiencia profesional en la gestión y desarrollo de proyectos inmobiliarios, especializado en el área residencial de proyectos en extensión y en altura, con más de 350.000 m2 construidos y más de 2500 unidades residenciales, entre los cuales tiene más de10 Edificios en altura y 40 Condominios en extensión construidos, correspondientes a un total aproximado de UF 14.000.000.
Cuenta con una sólida experiencia en la cabida, evaluación, diseño, planificación, coordinación, aprobación, gestión, supervisión de obra, y con un alto dominio normativo y técnico.
